Payments are due the same day of massage, unless it is through a promotional website.
The doors to the massage office will be locked until 10 minutes before your appointment, so please do not come more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason including but not limited to impairment due to alcohol and/or medication.
You are allowed to be 15 minutes late any time after that the appointment will be canceled and you will have to be rescheduled and/or your massage will be shorten.
Cancellation policy/no call no show: You will have to give a day before notice, we will call you the day before the appointment to confirm the appointment. If you do not give a day before notice to cancel or you no call no show there will be a $20 fee and will be applied to you next massage and/or your card on file will be charged
Free massage policies: Free massages will not expire but we just ask you to use them within the year. You can lose the free massage if you break one of the policies or for some other reason unforeseen reason so will be handled by a case by case bases.
No alcohol within 24 hours of the appointment. You must shower the same day as the massage.
If you did any activity that would cause sweating, after the original shower, please take another shower and I promise the same to you.
You will let us know immediately if during the massage you feel: light headed, dizzy, nauseous, pain, or discomfort.
Cell phones or any other devices must be on silent during the massage.
Any inappropriate behavior is not tolerated this includes but is not limited to sexual behavior and foul language.
Your medical history is recorded this includes but is not limited to medications, surgeries, injuries even if you did not see a doctor for it, and anything you are presently seeing a doctor for.
We cannot perform massage on any person with the following medical conditions: Bacterial, viral infection, cold/ flu infection, skin disease, circulatory/heart condition unless there is a note from the doctor says you can receive massages, however, possible exceptions are high/low blood pressure, diabetes, and cancer.
Expired Groupons. We will not extendend the promotional value. Purchased value does not expire. One expired groupon per massage.
Doctor's notes must have a date, an address, and a number that I can reach him/her. Also,the doctor must list restrictions if any.
Refunds policies: Refunds will only be issued on a case by case basis. There is a 14 day return policy for all gift certificates. Sorry, if there is an inconvenience.
Promotional websites and prices: Promotional prices have 90 days from the date of purchase until the promotional value expires, however, the purchase value will never expires. We just ask you to use the gift certificates within the year received. Promotional websites are for new customers only!
When scheduling an appointment a credit card is put on file for in the case of last minute cancellations and/or no call/no shows. The card is entered in to a secured system on mytime.com (our scheduling system) once entered the card would only be charged for these reason or for purchases of product and/or service.
If you have been to Custom Relaxation before you will be saved for the next time so you would just need to tell us your name no need to give the credit card again. This rule is for all appointments including promotional websites.
No person under the age of 18 will receive a massage unless the parent/legal guardian is in the massage gives consent with their signature. Underwear is to be worn during the massage.
Draping policy: Throughout the duration of the massage you will be draped/covered unless a body part it being worked on.
All table massages have a ten minute consultation.
